I'm slacking on my pictures, its not because I don't want to take any, its that they all seem to look like stock photos. I need to get out and take a good look at my surroundings and shoot. The weather is great this weekend and I plan to spend this evening in the Short North. Its a gallery hop night and the weekend of the Arnold classic. there should be no shortage of interesting people and things to photo.

I also plan to start a Boba blog this weekend. I plan to do monthly episodes and try my hand at some video as well. Hopefully I don't get sued by George Lucas. So be on the lookout for more adventures of Boba Fet : Bounty Hunter.

Tools of the trade

This was a great weekend for music. My band got to back and record with Omar Coleman. He is an amazing singer and harmonica player from the west side of Chicago. He is the real deal and made us feel like real blues men. We were playing everything from Al Green to Little Walter. Twelve hours of great music and friends.

Not the best pictures but the content is there. It will be weeks before those smiles will disappear.

My band has some big shows this weekend, so my bass is going everywhere I go. We are backing a regional artist out of Chicago. This is heaven for a bunch of blues guys. This is one ugly picture, but I cant take my eyes off of it.
